Do you make enough money to give yourself a good wage?
I live in a market town with a few indie clothes shops and home shops and they have been there a while so must do well, but when I’ve looked for shops to rent the costs seem so high (£25k + just for rent).
I really want to stop working in an office, and fantasise about running my own shop, but I really don’t see how you can make that much money with high costs! Is it worth me even looking into it?
and that isn’t even worrying about the looming recession…. Just a dream, maybe?
