My dad has still not received the £326 coat of living payment which DWP advised him he would receive by end of September . On their useless website they no longer have an option to report this as missing and only have a section re the £150 award for disability cost of living payment . He’s tried the two phone numbers on their website but is basically just going round in circles with them saying phone this department then he calls that and gets told to phone another . Can anyone help me to find a way to do this for him ?
