Random question but how much does a paperback book weigh?

My scales have stopped working on me and I need to buy a postage label for three standard sized paperback books, shipping internationally! They're all roughly 370 pages long and are 9x6 inches or so.

Thank you!

Just weighed one about that size and it was 333g. 447 pages

jamontoastaddict · 06/11/2022 23:41

About 250g each a guess.

Find something you know the weight of and compare it physically in you hands.

A bag of sugar is a kilo and feels pretty heavy compared to three paper backs?

jamontoastaddict · 06/11/2022 23:42

If you have 3 at 333g and the cut of is 1kg that's dicey!

For all 3? Gosh that is a lot lighter than my one then 😆
