Tenerife hotel

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in tenerife? Not taking the kids and even an adults only one would be nice but not essential. Max an hour from the airport or closer, nice pool. For a purely chilling holiday in Jan. Thanks

Only stayed in a hotel on Tenerife once and it was in 2016. Hotel Gran Tacande in Costa Adeje. It was lovely but appreciate it was a few years ago now and things may well have changed.

Depends on your budget? We like the gf Victoria but if my budget was bigger I would go for the Royal river Costa adeji

Riu Palace or there is an adult only Riu next door I think, but the Palace doesn’t have a kids club and I doubt it would be overrun with kids in Jan. Iberostar Grand El Mirador or Iberostar Selection Anthelia if budget allows.

Cleopatra Palace in Playa de las Américas was very good.

Los Gigantes Hotel is adult only, small quiet area, 5 minute walk to the small marina.

Hard Rock Hotel in Playa Paraiso

Nothing flashy but had a lovely relaxing stay some years ago at Oasis Mango, Los Cristianos with my sister in law before either of us had kids. Actually apartments but had various boarding options. Up a very steep hill but cost very little to taxi back up after dinner or a night out. Has since been fully refurbished and looks very nice.

If you mean landmar los gigantes, it's full of kids. (I should know, I'm there now!!)

We stayed at grand muthu plaza recently, 20 mins from Airport and about the same away from the Américas and Costa adeje.
Was absolutely gorgeous and has a nice walk along the coast.

Riu Arecas, next door to the Riu Palace in Costa Adeje. Went this year, very chilled and absolutely lovely.
