I have a guy on my team who has a history of questionable behaviour. He's been rude to people, failed to show up to work on occasions when we know he's been out drinking, poor performance - nothing that amounts to gross misconduct but enough for some red flags. I think he's on the radar of people above him.
It's been raised that he's been 'liking' very explicit porn on his public (but personal) social media profile. His profile isn't linked to the company but his photo and real name are on it.
I don't know if this is serious enough to escalate. The person who told me is upset about it.
Should I raise this or let it go?
