Anyone an edf customer

Hi, can others who are with edf for their energy log into their account. I haven't been able to log into my account or log in to the app for about 2 weeks now, I want to submit some metre readings and it's just saying it can't access my details right now. Im just wondering if it is the website or is it just my account? If others can log in I'll phone up Monday and enquire/ chase it up. I need to be able to see my energy bill at the moment for obvious readings, thanks all 😁

The app is working for me. I'm more annoyed that they have upped my dd even though I'm not using hard the amount it is set for and have hundreds in credit

I haven’t been able to log in for a few weeks, but I have a dispute with them, which may be why.

I can log in fine but they increased my direct debit without telling me. Is that even legal?!

They've done that for me, same scenario. I've cancelled my DD and told them I will pay them upon receipt of the bill

I've found they're very responsive to what'sapp this is the number +44 7480 802942 if you don't know your account number they'll figure it out with security questions.

They've done the same to me. I've twice requested a reduction in my DD to what it should be but they don't follow through despite promising.

OP I could log in this afternoon.

Only been with them several months as the house we bought was with them, I can't say I rate them so far 🤨 thanks for all the responses though xx
