Posting here for traffic - we have a babyzen yo-yo pram, currently set up for 6 months plus but need to convert it back to newborn. The issue is we cannot get the back plate off! There’s a red button which doesn’t seem to do anything, can’t find any other mechanism to get the back plate off. Has anyone had success switching from the 6+ back to newborn who can help?! All the online info is about how to set it up from new, not how to convert it back. It’s less than 3 years old and I really don’t want to have to buy a new pram ðŸ˜
