Has anyone had one? My jowls have started to sag quite a bit (I'm 47) and looking online this seems to be the answer. It's around 4k, I'm just wondering if it's worth it in a few years if I save? Sounds vain I realise that, but it's really aging me and affecting my confidence and mood.
