If you were invited to a Christmas brunch in December what food and drinks would you like?

Oohh great thread! I’ve seen on Pinterest mini pancakes made with cookie cutters that are Christmas themed so I think I’m going to try those for Boxing Day breakfast.

Mimosa’s or an orange & cranberry mojito to drink. Something like baked ham, croquettes with a hollandaise sauce. Pigs in blankets, filled croissants, charcuterie…

Taming Twins has some great Christmas canapé recipes that could work for brunch. Last year I made her honey halloumi wrapped in bacon and it was delicious.

Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese - you can keep the sweet stuff. Maybe pigs in blankets, and/or angels/devils on horseback.

Lots of Buck’s Fizz, made with fresh OJ.

My DMiL did a gorgeous fruit salad with blood oranges, pomegranate seeds, chopped dates, almonds, toasted coconut flakes, orange blossom water and a drizzle of maple syrup. She also served brioche French toast which was cooked to perfection.
