Suspicious Phone Use

I am becoming suspicious of my husbands phone use. He never leaves his phone around, it’s constantly with him. He also seems quiet and rarely spends any time with me anymore. I don’t know if I’m overthinking things.

Have you spoke to him about rekindling affection and closeness?

I haven’t no, I assume if he wanted to spend time with me and be close to me he would but often takes himself off to another room.
