A console without access to you tube

Do any of the consoles like PS5 or Xbox have no access to you tube or you tube kids?
My 9 year old has a switch and I wish he would just play games on it but he more often than not watches these awful, mindless you tubers. They turn him into a zombie.
I can only access time on the switch not access to you tube. I don’t. Want to be totally draconian and ban him from
gaming just ban him from you tube. But it doesn’t seem to be possible.

Guess it’s just me that has the issue!

You can use the Switch without being connected to the internet. You might need to connect it every so often to update the system/games but other than that - just turn the internet bit off.

You can use the old style consoles, ps4, xbox one, without Internet too. The newer ones don't have disc drives so not as easy with them.

You can delete YouTube from the switch and set up a password so your DS can’t access the eshop to download it again?

You can download the app onto all of them just like you did with the switch
