And I feel horrendous

I don't seem to be getting better, only worse. My DD has been poorly too.

I've been sick since Tuesday. I used to go to work with colds etc and but I'm not at work and I feel wiped out.

Is it possible it's not just a cold?

Horrible coughing, headache, runny nose (seemingly constantly)

I took a covid test already

Could be

But sounds like either way you’re too I’ll to go out. So stay in, get better and then carry on as normal

I had this a couple of weeks ago, also testing negative.

I think it's just because I hadn't had a cold since 2019, it just hit me hard.

Stay in though and rest.

Hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like what I’ve got. I actually took to my bed for 2 days - unheard of for me. Somewhat better now, but still a really horrible chesty cough. I didn’t test for a few days but it was negative.
At first it felt like the beginning of proper flu, shivering and shaking - but I’ve had proper flu once, ages ago, and it’s not that.
Hot Ribera is going down well here!

🤞you feel a lot better soon.

Sounds like a cold. We had bad ones a month ago. Not covid.

Whiskers4 · 07/11/2022 08:12

We're mixing more, so could well be a cold. When did you take your covid test in relation to symptoms starting? It took four days to test positive when I had covid.

Hope you feel better soon.
