I am not sleeping at all, havent slept at all a whole night since 2019. maybe 2 hours just before my alarm and then a cat nap in the day. I have been prescribed zoplicone to sort me out. I have however had 2 glasses of wine, i am still not asleep, is it safe to take one.

No

It's not recommended to drink alcohol when taking it but I found it didn't work for me. Just left an awful taste in my mouth.
I was so excited to start taking them as haven't slept properly for months. Took 7.5mg and was awake twice during the night 🙄

Absolutely not. And I play quite fast and loose with meds and wine at times.

No alcohol at all with z-drugs. Although I know some people do it with zolpidem/ambien so you probably would be ok. It’s just too risky to find out - especially if you aren’t used to them.
