Any ideas where I would find knitters for piece work?

Is there a website I could use to find knitters? I’ve designed some hats and can’t knit but would like them made! Any ideas?

Many villages and towns also have village Knit and Natter groups and similar who might be able to help. I guess it comes down to scale and numbers. If you're into hundreds of each design in various colours, I suspect you're going to need something on a more industrial scale - knitting machines?
