Hiatus Hernia Surgery

Has anyone had this? I am wondering what it's like, particularly recovery.

I recently underwent keyhole surgery and recovery wasn't too bad for me as I followed all of the guidance from my surgeon. He was great, if you are looking for a surgeon i would highly recommend Mr Andrew Clarke.

@VeganGordie Thanks for the reply! Can I ask what your symptoms were please? Can you eat anything you want now? And did you ever have heart skipping a beat before surgery that has now cleared up? I hope you don't mind me asking.

How are you now? I have a hiatus hernia and in the middle of a massive flare of GORD and want to explore surgery. I also get skipped beats!
