Best Bean To Cup For Espresso

Hey, so many threads on coffee machine so sorry to add another!

We're looking to buy a bean to cup machine, but almost exclusively drink espresso, so are not so interested in all the other gadgets.

What bean to cup machine can you recommend that makes a really good espresso please?

I do like my coffee hot, so any tepid coffee is not for me.

Sage

Sage. Yes I've read lots of good things about them, which one in particular do you suggest please?

I have a Jura. It's expensive but ours has been going for 8/9 years now and shows no sign of giving up. We got the all singing all dancing with a milk fridge too but if you just want espresso then there will probably be a machine better suited.
We aren't as flush with money as we were when we bought ours but we've both said if it died tomorrow we'd get a new one no question.

If you ever just drink espresso from the Jura is it a really nice coffee shop taste? Does it make hot coffee, silly question but I've tried coffee from some machines where it's never hot.

Sage barista pro with fresh beans

I have a delonghi magnifica and it's fabulous. Has a milk frother but other than that just dials to adjust strength and how fine/ corse you want beans ground, then buttons for double or single shot. I do really want a sage when this dies but it's been going strong for 7 years and can't justify a new one when it does exactly what we need it to do!

Yes I drink espresso from it often, they're great. Perfect amount of crema and you can adjust the heat
We got ours in Harrods and they let us taste before we bought but of course it also depends on the quality of beans you buy!

Sage barista pro- we got a refurbed one shipped from Germany and it’s brilliant. I now rarely rarely buy a takeaway coffee out and about as I genuinely think the coffee is as good or better than most cafes. Try some def beans until u find something you like - my fav is lazazza gold. Stock up when on offer.
around now is time for discounts for machine too in Black Friday sales !

Went for a Melitta TS in the end, really good machine especially for less than 500 quid (in Black Friday sale)
