I have a problem with a purchase, every time I go to check out it says the transaction has failed due to my payment method (paypal) declining the transaction. However my paypal is fine. All my other transactions have been fine. I can't get a response from the shop owner. Has any one else had this issue? The seller is one I've used successfully before and has 5* reviews.
