Is it me or has anyone else noticed the pieces are not very robust at sticking together anymore .
I've just made some flowers and when gathering them together half had bricks / pieces drop off and I had to rebuild them . I don't remember this before , previous sets have stayed together well.

I don't have this problem. Infact often the opposite because I can't get bits apart - even when attacking with a brick separator.
There is a (known by Lego) issue with some brown parts that break after time. Is it a particular set you have followed? It might be the technique? I know sometimes if you have a fairly large/heavy bit on top of a smaller part it can be easy to knock off.
Many a little bird on top of a creator house has been knocked down the back of my bookcase.

I don't recall any issues with the bouquet of flowers when I built them.

I've read about the issue with the brownish/red plates splitting, not had it happen to me yet though.

Maybe I've just been unlucky , it was the flower bouquet I was doing .

My lavender is very fragile. Best not to touch it once it’s been built.
