What do you think of men who force you to go to CMS?

I’ve asked my ex to make a reasonable payment. He doesn’t acknowledge the request. I’d have been happy with a couple of hundred, he would be paying more via cms but I just didn’t want to go down that route as I see it as a last resort. I think it’s disgusting he’s making me apply, it’s his child? It’s the basic responsibility?

The man's a knob. There is no more too it. I had the exact same issue. Go to CMS now or you'll regret not doing it when you eventually have too.

I'm in Ireland & wish we had a system like CMS,I have to go to court to get child support,I've asked for help lots of times since he left,I get told I'm not managing my money right even though I'm paying for everything,got our oldest kitted out for starting school, birthdays, Christmas but he just doesn't care.

Men who don't pay for their children are scum. Being forced to is just part of their scumminess.
