Has anyone felt like they’ve had to give up on online shopping as it’s just horrendous! It’s suppose to be easier but the last few shops I’ve had have just been awful, first one was icelands who only turned up with £14 of my shopping when I had spent £80, iceland wouldn’t help at all told me all I could do is contact the local store who never picked up the phone, this went on for 2 days before I had to call my bank to ask for a charge back which they didn’t want to do as “there is no proof you didn’t get the order” 🙄
Now today Asda delivery suppose to be 8.30-9.30 hasn’t shown up, can’t get through to customer service and contains my children's lunch for school tomorrow so now looks like no lunch! I struggle to get out to the store as I don’t drive so not possible to do a weekly shop and bring it home on the bus.
