Music Choice for a Non Religious Service!!

My dad died a few days ago, we were not close, but loved each other❤

Ive been asked if Id like any music played at his funeral, hes going to be cremated, if that helps with choice of music!! I didnt know him that well, but talking to people who knew him better, have said that he likes Rock & Roll, plus Elvis😀😀
Its not going to religous, so I suppose almost anything goes😀😀 So Im asking, what would you suggest music wise???

If it's not religious are you allowed any mentions to religion in the songs?

I've always wanted Sloop John B by the beach boys at my funeral. All about going home over the water but upbeat and fun as well. Do you think your dad would have liked the beach boys?

When my DP died we had a non-religious ceremony. There were three pieces of music. We had Cat Stevens, Genesis (had loved them since he was a boy) and You'll Never Walk Alone (he was a massive Liverpool fan).

I do find myself welling up when I listen to them now though.
