Anyone else feeling miserable today after having flu AND covid vaccine yesterday?

I've certainly felt better. I'm shivering away and have a bad headache not to mention achy arms

I'm very grateful that this is probably as bad as it will get. Having had "proper" flu about 12 years ago I can tell you the vaccine is far far preferable. I will never forge the horror of realising that not only was I not going to make it to work but that I could barely make it to the bathroom

But despite that, today I'm all miserable and shivery and as if someone whakcked me over head with hammer and I've got piles of work to get through as well.

I don't usually react like this - wondering if its the double whammy effect or if the flu jab this year is particularly virulent

Yes I felt miserable with it for 2 days. Never been affected before so wasn’t impressed.

I normally don't get vaccine side effects but I had my flu and covid jabs on the same day and was really achey the day after! Thankfully it only lasted a day x

No symptoms after my ‘flu vaccine last month, but woke up during the night with full ‘flu-type symptoms after my covid booster yesterday afternoon. Felt back to normal when I got up this morning though.

I had my covid vaccine yesterday, last night I thought I was dying! A thick dressing gown, a 13 tog feather duvet, a thick heavy fur blanket and a hot water bottle and still shivering violently as I just could not get warm, every single joint in my body aching, my back killing, my arm throbbing and I feeling really nauseous. I’d pretty much got over the chills by early morning but otherwise I still feel like absolute crap! I’ve had to take the day off work as I feel so sick and every movement is effort.

I was like this after the first covid vaccine but was fine the next day. My second vaccine & first booster I was fine. This is definitely the worst affected I’ve been. I had my flu jab a month ago and normally that gives me really bad cold symptoms for around 24hours but that hasn’t affected me this time around.

I’m back having mine tomorrow both of them hope I’m 0k with both. Hugs to all who are suffering, new home is lovely loving it.

I had both flu and Covid vaccines a month ago and, shortly after, developed bilateral deltoid tendinitis which is taking ages to settle.
l never usually struggle with vaccinations. This is a recognised reaction and I wonder if it’s from having both together. I won’t be doing that again!

I won't be doing them together again either!
I was rough for 3 days and missed out on a much anticipated social event.

I felt rough for two days, it was my first time getting both on the same day! Not sure if I'll do that again next time 😅
