EDF energy

Rung them 3 days running.
Keep getting cut off.
Today I held for 49 minutes and was still cut off.

Twitter is becoming awash with others having similar problems.

Dont even know what I want from this thread.
EDF to take notice maybe!

So if you are having problems contacting EDF, you are not alone.

It comes under the heading of small business in my case[a charity account]. In case that makes any difference.

And trying to speak to a customer support person.

Have you tried their Live Chat online or texted them? Admittedly last time I needed to contact them the Chat wasn't working, but they did respond to texting (number is on their site). I had to wait around 48 hrs for a proper reply as their text bot couldn't initially verify my details (don't know why). Good luck!

Someone else was saying that Chat wasnt working. As didnt have someone available at edf to do it!

They have now tweeted me saying that I can direct message them. Which I will do.

Their WhatsApp usually answers quite quickly.
