Is there a way to tell baby acne versus eczema? DD (3 weeks) has come up in spots on her face and round her neck and tummy. Doesn’t seem to bother her at all and no other signs of illness. Many spits with a white head (like pics online of baby acne) but it seems to have gotten worse since yesterday, could that mean its eczema?
