Is it pumpkin lighting-up time yet?

I think mine will be going outside the front door within the next few minutes - have you done yours yet or am I too early?

I've just spent the past haf-hour overthinking this, peering up and down the road to see if anyone else's are out! Mine are out now though - and it's just started bloody well raining!

It’s very dark here now - but we are right on the east coast!

Just lit mine now looks like it might rain though lol

I am on my way home from work still but DH has just lit ours.

Ours is out, surprised we've not had anone yet, we usually get at least a couple of little ones before it gets too dark...

My fake tea lights are lit! Hope nobody is lighting real flames to go outside? Kids costumes can catch fire so easily.

I have a unicorn horn headband on (it’s black and white to make it spooky)

no one called round yet, lol. I’ve just realised it’s an inset day round here and I bet loads of people are just getting back off holiday and won’t bother fml

I got DD to switch on the LED thing inside ours when she came in about half an hour ago. Not had any guisers yet but its only just got dark.

I have put ours out. The heavens have just opened in a colossal way though, properly big fat rain, I doubt we’ll see anyone any time soon!

That's it, I have released them into the wild.

Waiting for DC to come home from nursery because they want to see the candle being lit. Hasn’t stopped a load of feral kids without costumes play knock-and-run or chance their arm for sweets despite no signal we have any!

Dh lit ours about 20 minutes ago - my usual very un-artistic effort in the window.

We were about to go trick or treating and realised its pouring with rain! So annoyed!

We've had two knocks so far. LED pumpkin went on about 30 mins ago.

It is properly dark here now, and I've had a look outside. Nobody else down our street has bothered with a pumpkin, and no sign of any trick or treaters either. No sign of rain at the moment.

Lit our pumpkins about an hour ago. Have had two trick or treaters so far. 🎃

We've had ours out since it got dark, no knocks yet!

Fake tealights in mine - have had them lit since 4:45pm. Had about 10 sets so far - all very sweet! 🎃

Pumpkin is lit! Along with fairy lights for a Stars Hollow Halloween effect. Real candle but it’s in the front garden far from the porch and inaccessible to anyone in costumes or anyone except a cat burglar, really.

LED pumpkin been out for about half an hour, had 5 groups so far and I'm already exhausted, disability and trick or treat don't go well together!
