How to fix this

Bit of background I have adhd and endometriosis and pmdd so I’m very hormonal. The problem is I have very big highs and then lows like one minute I can’t control my excitement and I’m so happy it hurts. The next I’m hormonal grumpy or possibly in endometriosis pain and really low or just generally sad I cry way to much but the highs and lows are just so draining. This weekend I’ve just got over an extremely awful two weeks of periods and pain and went out for drinks I haven’t had a drink in 3 months as I don’t really drink and I think it’s made me feel worse. I’m home alone for the weekend too which hasn’t helped as I’m more likely to cry when the house is empty.

(I’m seeing a consultant have paid for private doctors had surgery on lots of meds just nothing is helping this)

I had v bad PMT. Really bad highs and lows. I took the pill straight through and stopped any periods and it helped massively.

It sounds like you've had medical support for the endometriosis, but what about for the ADHD?

Finding the right medication for my ADHD made my life so much easier easier and happier. And that in turn meant I had the emotional energy to cope with a very painful condition I had, without feeling like it broke me.

I can’t take the pill as it made really I’ll plus’s I’m trying for a baby. The Adhd has never been looked at It was never mentioned to me as a child It never got talked about with family but my dyslexia and dyspraxia got used as a cover up for my struggles. At school and college I was tested every couple of years for extra support and if I had adhd or was asked 1-1 with teachers. Turns out in my paper work folder I was given as an adult when I moved out it said I was told I likely had adhd and was booked to see a specialist but they where known to give Ritalin so they didn’t take me. As a college student I was offered to get tested but declined as I didn’t see the point. I had got this far with out anything pluss I didn’t understand medication and help was out there.
