Does anyone have a good vegetarian Christmas main/ centrepiece recipe?

I wasn't sure where to post… I’m not a great cook, but need a (foolproof?) tasty alternative to turkey for Christmas (that isn't a nut roast…)

Does anyone have one?

Not sure it counts as a centre piece but I use packet stuffing with chestnuts and cranberries and bake it in a loaf tin
& always have cauliflower, brocolli and leek bake plus usual trimmings

Oh I have this book and I've often wondered about this recipe. I love to cook but always worry something that takes forever might be disappointing.

Last year I had a small squash (can't remember what type - maybe acorn?) filled with quinoa, mushrooms, spinach and pine nuts.

I'm not a vegetarian but I have made this. It looked great, tasted good and we enjoyed it. It is a lot of work and would only be worth doing if you have a large gathering. I didn't make the pastry myself. A lot of the elements can be made in advance and kept in the fridge or frozen.

Delia's parsnip roulade is THE BEST. We always make one and we aren't even veggie.
