OK it's the Express, and it's gossip. But the claim is that Kate was "scolded" for Charlotte's behaviour - which was yelping when her brother pinched her. Nothing is said about him being wrong for pinching her.
The video clip in that article is her telling her brother that when the coffin goes past "you have to bow". How does that belong in an article about her alleged bad behaviour?
Do we really still believe "boys will be boys" and their bad behaviour should be ignored, but yelping when being hurt physically by a boy is bad behaviour by a girl?
