At what point do you involve them? I’m not suicidal, it’s flashbacks that I’m struggling to control/dissociation . I’ve tried 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique .
Feeling very strange but it’s just because I can’t stop re-experiencing things in my mind . I was given phone number for crisis team two weeks ago from my GP, but I don’t know if that’s only for when you’re a risk to yourself? What would a crisis team do? Wondering if I’m better off trying to sleep it off but desperately need to do housework (which isn’t helping stage of mind, I keep panicking that it’s not getting done) .
