Urgh feel so poorly

This week has been a nightmare! I started with a really sore back on Monday where I could barely walk, it was agony but then it improved a little on thursday. Then last night my throat started hurting and my chest burned. Woke up this morning and I feel dreadful. It feels like someone is sitting on my chest😩 I feel hot but shivering, I have no appetite and I’ve got stomach cramps. When I walk every bit of me hurts and I just feel heavy. I’ve noticed weeing more frequently too but don’t know if that’s connected🤔 Was meant to be going to a Halloween party this afternoon with dc but going to have to leave it. I hate being poorly it’s so miserable! Anyone else had something like this recently?

Whatever you have, I appear to have exactly the same!

Oh yes. Turned out to be Covid. I'm triple vaccinated and have escaped getting it for 2.5 years but it hit me hard. Didn't test positive until Day 3 of symptoms

Oh and the headache 😫

Is it definitely your back and not kidney pain which may feel like severe back ache?

If you are really rundown it could be a kidney infection and you should seek medical advise.

I have been like that this week, non stop weeing, terrible throat, which has now turned into a very irritating cough, breathlessness, tested negative for Covid though. Its been a week, still feel like crap.

@HailOWeen Yes I had a really bad head ache last night😩 I got dp to get me some lucozade from the shop, it’s probably a myth that it makes you feel better but thought I’d give it a try but all it’s done is make me feel sick🤢

I think you need to rule covid out, then if that's negative get checked for a kidney infection. They can give all sorts of symptoms, I got very ill with one by not realising what it was.

Just been to the toilet and as I was weeing I got a painful deep ache right at the bottom of my stomach and felt light headed when I stood up. Now I’ve got thigh pain. Feel like crying. Also got a bucket with me because I feel like I could throw up at any moment. My stomach is burning. Never felt this ill

My guess is UTI. But get checked out, I'm just a stranger on the internet. Hope you get better soon

You need an out of hours appt to have your urine tested for infection. The deep pain on weeing, increased urination, fever etc all point to infection.
