Are you single and happy to not go out/see people on a Friday/Saturday night ?

I'm interested as I could be single one day and find myself in this position. I used to think going out on a Fri/sat night was a must. I'm 50 now and really cba with the getting ready, crowded pubs, too much booze and late night. I hate fri/sat night TV but like watching films

Wouldn’t bother me in the least - I like my own company

I can't think of anything worse than going out on a Friday night - that's my curl up with a book at home time! Will occasionally have friends over but mostly Friday eves are just me and my to-read pile and it's bliss 😁

Yep, I'm single in my 40s and never go out on a Fri/Sat, apart from occasionally for a family meal. I'm not interested in becoming un-single though!

Would you want to meet a new partner? If you're happy remaining single then just do as you please. If you're hoping to re-partner then you probably need to leave your comfort zone.

I love not going out. I used to hate not being sociable but now I love the friday night feeling of getting home knowing the weekend is ahead of me.

This weekend I've painted some bedside tables, I've made a body butter, I've listened to an audio book and I'm meeting my friend for a swim later. I took my dc bowling friday evening. I love my life, I only like going out for food or to my local pub. I used to go raving most weekends! Now I'm happy with an audio book and an early night.

I might go to see a show some weekends or stop by my local for an early evening drink.
But I don't enjoy crammed pubs and restaurants, would rather go for a quieter midweek meal.

Am 45 and single and plan to stay that way.

I’m 49 & blissfully single. Sometimes I see friends on Friday & Saturday nights, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I see them other times. Not too fussed about when exactly.

Been single for many years and also never go out on Friday or Saturday nights. Plenty of other things to do, very happy about it and wouldn't change a thing.
