Shark hoover help please!!

Had a cordless upright for 2.5 years. Now it doesn't suck stuff up properly and then it just cuts out after 5 minutes of hoovering. Could it be the battery maybe? I've rung shark and they are sending me a new floor nozzle but has anyone else had the same problem please?

There will be something stuck where the wand fits into the floor nozzle. Take the wand out and see if you can clear it. A chop stick is good for this.
Also check the filter in the dust container.

Sorry I should've put in my OP I've cleared out all the blockages and cleaned the filter.
