What could it be? Phantom kicks?

Im not pregnant but for the last 5 minutes of so I've felt quite strong baby like kicks. Are they phantom kicks? Has anyone had them and how long did they last? Its so unsettling! Why does this even happen?

Any thoughts would be great, panicking now

Bowel spasms?

I get these since having kids. It's really weird. A few of my friends say the same. I think it might be wind moving about,, which is weird because I never experienced it pre-children.

Yes I’ve had this. Very disconcerting but didn’t seem to be anything particular.

Had these too, even paid for a scan to make sure. Turned out I had a polyp so wonder if that was causing it. Still get them every so often.

It stopped pretty soon. It probably was wind but it felt like actual kicks from the inside. It was quite bizarre.

Not pregnant, have recently had a period and no sex since, im also on the pill
