Anyone flown with Eurowings? Hand luggage question

I’ve not flown with them before. I’m taking hand luggage only so have got one cabin size wheelie case. When I’ve flown with the other airlines I’ve used on this route - Jet2 and Flybe, I’ve also got away with quite a good size backpack (around 25litre size) too which I stow under the seat and have never had a problem. Does anyone know how strict eurowings are? TIA

Last time I flew with them they were very strict and made passengers pay for additional luggage (backpack size) - this was for group 2 passengers.
