Looks like hives to me.

You could take dc to the chemist to confirm, and get some antihistamines. A cool cloth will also help with the itching.

If you're very unsure or worried then get an OOH appt.

Thank you so much! Just googled and yes you are right. Have the cream will apply that. And she is using antibiotics so not sure if its an allergic recaction. Will show pharmacy. Thank youuu 🌷
