White trainers for wide feet

ImNotAnomie · 28/10/2022 11:25

Trainers meaning 'pumps', not for sport.
I love the look of Superga etc, but they are tight on my duck-like feet. Are there any brands that come up wider?
I'm also considering leather as maybe easier to clean than canvas...
Thanks!

Adidas or Nike seem to be pretty wide?

Lndnmummy · 28/10/2022 18:48

I have really wide feet. Superga leather trainers are good on me

HeyMicky · 28/10/2022 18:50

Adidas and Nike

I have such wide feet they’re practically square.

I like Vans and Superga, take a 5 in both of those. Converse wide fit however, are the only ones I’ve tried where I actually fit in my size (4.5) comfortably.

Adidas Gazelles are also good, but only in suede and I’m not sure they come in white.

I really like my white leather Puma trainers. Wide size 9, comfy straight from box.

Thanks all!
A selection to consider.
Interesting re Superga leather - as the canvas is definitely too narrow for my flippers. Maybe the leather has more 'give'?

Reebok club c 85. Also Ecco soft 7.

chalkyc2 · 29/10/2022 05:31

Superfamily not quite wide enough for me (and I have canvas and leather...).

Yes to converse wide fit and vans though. Also air and grace.

chalkyc2 · 29/10/2022 05:32

Superga!! Autocorrect fail!

junebirthdaygirl · 29/10/2022 07:51

Wide feet here and have a few pairs from Sketchers that are very comfortable and, even better, don't look very wide.

HouseInChaos · 29/10/2022 07:53

I have leather SuperGas I'm about to get rid of as I've never found them very comfortable, and not quite wide enough.

Lelivre · 29/10/2022 08:07

In asos search wide fit trainers. Loads of generic ones. Otherwise new balance wide fit or ASICS wide fit or your size in a man's. You can even get asic mens wide fit if you want a particularly large toe box.

Kids have wide fit (hyper mobile) and orthotics to fit in. This is possibly my specialist subject!

mdh2020 · 29/10/2022 08:22

Skechers are my go to for wide feet.

ImNotAnomie · 29/10/2022 22:27

I'm filled with hope!
Thanks all!
