Chicken, chorizo and leek recipes for freezing?

I have found a decent one tray nigella that looks ok just wondering if anyone had any other ideas aside from pasta? I don't mind pastas but does it's freeze well ?

Pie. Either pastry or potato topped.
Or make a thick sauce, Although what kind i can't decide, initially I was going to say a white sauce but not convinced that would work with the chorizo, so perhaps something tomato based, combine with chicken, chorizo and veg, then top with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake.
