What I’ve eaten today - a gluten/dairy free or lower carb version.

I love the What I’ve Eaten Today threads but am needing to reduce my carbs and give up gluten/wheat for a while as I have digestive issues and need some inspiration as I just end up eating rice cakes and chicken!
I am already on the low fodmap diet and avoid dairy but wonder if you are on a special diet (for any reason) you could give me a version of what you’ve eaten today, to give me some inspiration for this weekend and beyond.

I've been trying out Paul Saladino's ancestral diet for the past month or so.

Today so far, I have eaten:

Glass of raw milk
Rib Eye steak with an egg
Fresh orange juise

I'll probably have some fruit later, maybe some eggs too if I'm hungry.

I had been keto for years and just fancied trying the 'carnivore plus fruit diet'. I am feeling good! A steak at lunchtime really is super filling and seems to last me pretty much all day.
