I love the What I’ve Eaten Today threads but am needing to reduce my carbs and give up gluten/wheat for a while as I have digestive issues and need some inspiration as I just end up eating rice cakes and chicken!
I am already on the low fodmap diet and avoid dairy but wonder if you are on a special diet (for any reason) you could give me a version of what you’ve eaten today, to give me some inspiration for this weekend and beyond.
