Decreased sensation and length of orgasm

Past few months my orgasms have become less intense and shorter. I’m 47 and on HRT. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything that helped or is it something I have to accept happens with age?😔

I'm mid 50's and started HRT in 2018. My orgasms have definitely changed for the worst like yours. Have just been prescribed Testosterone in the hope that it will turn them, and my libido, back on.

I think topical oestrogen is really helpful for this. I had quite bad atrophy despite being on HRT, I put oestrogen gel all over the area now, it makes a difference to sensation and stops your clit shrinking away.
