Fellow NHSers - how's the Xmas off duty treated you?

Ours went out today.
I'm working 6 hours Christmas Eve, Christmas day off, then full days Boxing Day and the day after, 6 hours the day after that, then one day off before back in for three full days including NYE and NYDay. 😞
Everyone else has at least two days in a row. Can't complain as it's part of the job but it's definitely dampened my festive spirit.

Don’t know yet.
I didn’t get my October roster until near end of September and my manager is very touchy - got defensive when I dared to ask.

Christmas Day early, I volunteered so don't feel too bad. Like you say it's come with the job

Where I work we do every other Xmas day. I worked last Xmas day, so this year I'm not working. Looks like I'm off Boxing Day too.

I'm really pleased with mine.

LD Christmas Eve then off until LD New Year's Day! Thrilled and my colleague that does the off duty is a legendSmile
