Argh! What should I do in this situation?

Sold a pair of shoes, leather ones, they were literally new. Only tried in in the house.

I miss labelled the size. The woman recieved them as asked to return them.

Fair enough, 100 % my error.

They were sent in a shoe box.

They returned in a plastic bag that has just been taped round and round. No box.

And they are squished up now.

Definitely the same shoe. But they've been squashed in transit.

I can't sell them at what I sold them to her for as they've gone from brand new to looking squashed with creases in the leather.

What should I do?

Have you refunded her already? I'd have thought that a full refund would only be given if the shoes were returned in the same condition as when they were sold. Which they aren't.

Tell her that. Ask her where the box is.
What selling platform did you use? Raise a dispute and tell her how much you're willing to refund her

It was just facebook but through PayPal.

Should I offer her 75% back? Say the shoes were 80, offer her £60?
