Anyone had it done? Was it very painful? Are you glad you had it done?
Not currently painful but unsightly with my big toe overlapping the next toe on both feet.
I only know two people who have had it done. One ended up with a piece of metal sticking out of her toe for three weeks which she kept catching on things, and it was awful having it pulled out. Said if she knew how bad it was going to be she would not have had it done. The other said she was back in her normal shoes two weeks later and was glad she had had it done. both these were many years ago though.
Any more recent experiences?
