Is this normal toddler behaviour?

I have a 14 month old DD. I think she is happy and healthy but I have had anxiety since she was born and I don't have many friends with kids so I never know if the things she is doing are normal or a bit weird! Her 12 month check went well and she seems on track milestone wise.

She has been walking around a month and is getting quite speedy, sometimes going backwards or on her tiptoes? But sometimes she is a bit unsteady and falls especially first thing in the morning or before bed. Is this normal??

Secondly she seems to like doing strange things with her body! Flinging her arms up and down, walking around clapping, doing lots of squats, shaking and tilting her head etc. I stare at her sometimes wondering if she means to do all these things or if they are involuntary but I dont know if this is my anxiety over analysing. She certainly seems happy enough.

She eats great, has been finally sleeping great recently, doesn't cry too much (usually just at bed time or when I have to lie her down for nappy changes, sometimes when I leave the room).

I just have no point of reference so I am constantly wondering if she is normal. I wish I could make some more mum friends but I work FT and barely have time for anything as it is.

Sorry for the ramble, could anyone else share what their toddlers are like and if she sounds ok?
