Can you test positive after covid jab?

I had my booster jab on Thursday and have had a bit of a headache since.

I just did a test because I'm due to visit my grandpa and it's a faint positive.

Could this possibly be due to my body's response to the jab last week?

No, not because of the jab.

No, it's not a live vaccine. Unfortunately you do have Covid. Feel better soon and avoid your grandpa for a week or so.

Ok thanks both. Weirdly I found some really official looking sites saying the jab CAN make you test positive but I had my suspicions.
