£66 energy support

I still haven't received my £66 energy support for October. I pay by direct debit and the British Gas website says it will be paid into bank account within 10 days of direct debit coming out. My direct debit came out on the 15th but still no £66. I'm not behind on any payments or anything but could really do with this money. Is anyone else with British Gas still waiting?

I’d get in touch - are you sure they refund to your bank account? Eon credits ours onto our energy account directly (DD reduced to compensate)

I'm with BG, got ours on the 24th

I'm with eon in direct debit, mines shows on there not as money in the bank
I thought it was all this way

Mine was taken directly off my energy bill before I paid, I checked my statement and could see a rebate if £66 off the bill
