HELP! Who is this actress?

I've just started rewatching old episodes of Waterloo Road on iPlayer and saw this character. She plays the barmaid very early on in the first episode.

She is so familiar to me but a Google search and end credits don't reveal her name. I just need to put my mind to rest so I can sleep lol!

Does anyone out there recognise her too. I don't think you can tell from this photo but she has a distinctive mouth... if that makes sense.

Try IMDB . Sometimes I find i can place an actor better when they are linked to another programme.

@Pixiedust1234 I've tried IMDB but no luck. She's not listed as a cast member as her face is only shown briefly for a couple of seconds.

I've been trawling through Coronation Street cast members too as both shows are set in Manchester 😂

Just one of those things that will niggle in the back of my mind until I find out.

@MooseBeTimeForSnow Eva Pope was in Waterloo Road but later on as the head mistress. Thanks for replying x

Holly (Holliday) Grainger played a school girl in Waterloo Road.
Eva Pope played Miss Mason, one of the head teachers

I recognise her and I think she was in a soap. Possibly Corrie. But I can't think of the character. Howannoying.

She also appears in Waterloo road again in series 4 as a teacher so I would have got my answer in a couple of months once I made it that far 🙈

It's not Katy Carmichael, based on that screenshot. I feel that I have seen this lady in something though. I'll have a think.

Hmmm she must just have reminded me of Katy then. As soon as I googled Katy Carmichael i thought I had my answer.

Be interesting to see if we ever find out the real actress.

Thats sometimes my problem. Its all about who they remind me of rather than who it actually is. You mentioned her mouth which made me think its more about reminding. Sometimes its a real life person such as another mum at the schoolgate or a colleagues son. It sends my husband mad but its the way my brain is wired 😂

@Pixiedust1234 SAME!! I do think now she just reminded me of Katy Carmichael rather than me actually recognise the lady.

There's a woman who works in Asda near me who reminds me of somebody famous, 3 years later and it still irritates me every time I go in 😂🙈
