What time is your 16 year olds curfew?

Just that really, interested to see if I’m being unreasonable expecting dd to be home by half past 10 at the latest at a weekend?

It sounds a bit early but more important than a curfew, is knowing where they are going and who they are with.

What is she doing until 10.30pm?

At that time of night, i would only be allowing my daughter to be at a friends house/party and i would be going to collect her from there myself.

Year 11 or 12?
I do think it is quite early either way though.

16 year old son - midnight on weekend or school holidays. Need to know where he is and who he is with though.

I don’t want to go out to pick DD up past about 11, so unless it’s a party that’s the cut off at the weekend. I don’t let her make her own way home after dark, so she needs a lift at this time of year. Today I collected her at 9, I’ve got work tomorrow even if she’s on half term.

At 16 I didn't have a curfew - I was out clubbing :D

Me too. That didn't do much for my education. That's precisely why I said know at all times where they are!

1030 sounds really early. DS is 16 and he doesn't have a curfew but he has to keep us informed of who he is with/where he is. We will collect him if necessary but cabs easy to get here at any time.

At weekends, I didn’t have a curfew - mostly I stayed at a mates / boyfriends at that age and we’d be in when we got in.
