How do you break a bad habit and replace it with a new one? Especially if the new version takes more time and requires more effort…
I’ll give one example (of many embarrassing little bad habits that I have!)…
If there is mess, I will most likely shove it all in ‘the cupboard’ so from the ‘outside’ it looks tidy, when in reality I should just put everything in the correct place and that messy cupboard shouldn’t be a thing.
