Can anyone recommend a weighted blanket please?

DD wants one and I have no idea where to start! Can you wash them? Amazon have them for £20-ish but do I need to spend more than that to get a decent one? All the 'recommended' ones when I google are £150+ and I can't afford that so just looking for something reasonable that will do the job.
