Just had a Hello Fresh box delivered for previous occupants - what do we do?

They moved out a year ago, and we have no contact details, though a neighbour might. And they didn’t move locally either.

Do we keep it and eat it? Or contact Hello Fresh?

Contact hello fresh, there's been a mistake and they'll have to fix it with the account holder. I imagine they'll tell you that you can keep it as wouldn't be cost effective to come and collect. I've had extras accidentally included in our boxes before and they've just said to keep it.

Same for us, we were just told to eat it!

(DS actually quite liked making it too and it worked in our favour as he sometimes gets one now!)

Yes, contact HF, it's the right thing to do.

They'll almost certainly tell you to eat it, but not before they've extracted an email address from you so they can spam you with offers.

I wouldn't even bother contacting them, I'd just eat it.

Let hello fresh know so you don't keep receiving them but I doubt they'll come and collect it.

Ta - contacted and they said to keep it, and luckily it contains meals we'd actually eat, win 😃

But at least the people who ordered it won't lose money

It's all for two and we are a family of four, but it was sausage & mash, cottage pie, and a creamy veg pasta dish, so we'll get through it!

I just tried to take a look at hello fresh.
I couldn't get to see the menus unless I registered, selected a package, get my payment info and placed an order. Then I could see the menus and choose what I liked. Is there a way to look at what they offer without having to give them your card details?
